This study, conducted within the Belgian MoleChorio.be registry, confirmed the importance of systematic pathological review in gestational trophoblastic diseases. The results showed that centralized expert pathology review led to a modification of the initial diagnosis in approximately 30% of cases, highlighting its major impact on patient management and follow-up.
